Who am I
I am a class instructor, level 3 PT and the Club Manager at Reading club. I help ensure the gym is run to a high standard and ensure all our members feel welcomed and looked after. I enjoy training a variety of clients to achieve weight loss, toning, and stamina. I achieve fitness model results with all my clients, leading them to live more confident, happier and fulfilled lives.
